This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Use and applies to text, images, video, audio, voices, music, scripts, metadata, and other content generated, edited, displayed, or obtained through CinemaDrop. If this Disclaimer conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.

AI Output Requires Human Review

AI systems are probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, offensive, unexpected, outdated, or similar to content generated for other users. An Output may invent people, quotations, events, sources, product features, or other facts. We do not guarantee that an Output is accurate, unique, safe, suitable, or free of third-party rights.

You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, testing, editing, and approving every Output before relying on, publishing, distributing, or commercially using it. Do not rely on an Output for a high-impact decision or as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

No Professional Advice

Content available through the Services is not legal, medical, financial, accounting, safety, employment, or other professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your circumstances. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of an AI Output.

Rights, Permissions, and Disclosures

You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed for every Input and intended use, including copyright, trademark, music, performer, privacy, publicity, voice, likeness, confidential-information, and contractual rights. A feature or plan described as allowing commercial use is not legal clearance and does not guarantee copyright protection or exclusivity.

Obtain authorization before using another person’s face, body, voice, performance, or identity. When synthetic or paid content could mislead a reasonable person, use clear disclosures required by law and the destination platform. Do not use the Services for deceptive endorsements, impersonation, undisclosed advertising, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful content.

Third-Party Models and Materials

Features may depend on third-party AI models, voices, stock media, hosting, APIs, or other services. Those materials and providers may have separate terms, licenses, restrictions, safety systems, and availability. We do not control and are not responsible for a third party’s independent service or policy. Review the applicable terms before use.

Public Sharing and Reporting

You are responsible for content you choose to publish or share. Public content can be copied, indexed, or redistributed by others. Report unlawful, infringing, impersonating, or abusive content through our Safety, Copyright & Abuse Reporting Policy. Use our dedicated Take It Down process for nonconsensual intimate imagery, including altered or AI-generated depictions.

Service Limitations

The Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that automated filters will identify every harmful, unlawful, or infringing Input or Output. The warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, and dispute procedures in the Terms of Use apply.
