FAQs

Can I start sharing my link right away?
Yes. Registration and access to your referral link are instant through Rewardful, subject to eligibility and ongoing compliance review. We may request additional information or suspend accounts that do not meet the program requirements.
How much money can I earn?
There's no earning cap — the more referrals you bring, the more you make. Your commissions scale with your effort and reach.
What is the commission?
Our standard rate is 30% of eligible subscription payments actually collected for each referred customer's first 12 months as a paying subscriber. Standard monthly and annual subscriptions, renewals, and subscription upgrades qualify. Commissions are calculated after discounts and billing credits, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
Do top-ups, credit packs, or store purchases earn commission?
No. Credit packs, manual or automatic top-ups, prompt-library packs, store items, standalone services, and other non-subscription purchases do not earn commission under the standard program, even when the customer was referred by you. Credits included in an eligible subscription are part of that subscription; separately purchased credits are excluded.
What happens when a customer upgrades or downgrades?
Eligible subscription upgrades count toward commission, including an additional prorated subscription charge for a mid-cycle upgrade. Your commission follows the eligible amount actually paid after discounts and billing credits. Moving to an enterprise or custom plan stops commissions on those payments. If the customer returns to an eligible standard plan, commissions resume for the remainder of the original 12-month window. Plan changes never restart or extend that window.
How do discounts and coupons affect my commission?
An authorized discount or coupon reduces the amount used to calculate commission. You earn 30% of the eligible subscription amount the customer actually pays after the discount, excluding tax. Free trials, fully discounted payments, and unpaid invoices do not generate commission.
How do annual subscriptions earn commission?
An eligible annual subscription earns 30% on the full subscription amount actually collected after discounts and billing credits, excluding tax, if payment is collected before the original 12-month commission window expires. This also applies to a switch from monthly to annual billing during that window, even if the annual plan continues beyond it. The window does not restart or extend, and payments collected on or after its expiration do not qualify. The usual hold period and payout schedule apply.
How long do I earn commissions?
The commission window begins with the customer's first successful payment for an eligible subscription and lasts 12 consecutive calendar months. Free registration and a $0 trial do not start the window. Cancellation, a pause, reactivation, a new account for the same customer, or a plan change does not restart or extend it. Commissions require eligible subscription payments actually collected within that window.
What happens if a customer cancels or gets a refund?
You earn commission only on eligible subscription payments we collect and retain. Cancellation stops future commissions when payments stop; it does not by itself reverse a valid earlier payment. A refund or chargeback reduces or reverses the corresponding commission, including a proportional adjustment for a partial refund. Previously paid amounts may be offset against future commissions.
Are custom creator partnerships available?
Creators interested in a custom partnership can contact us. Any different commission rate, eligible products, or duration must be expressly agreed in writing by CinemaDrop. The standard program applies unless that written agreement specifically changes it.
When do I get paid?

We initiate funding for eligible commissions through Rewardful Managed Payouts every week, normally on Mondays. If Monday is a bank holiday, we aim to initiate funding on the next business day. We will notify affiliates by email or through their affiliate dashboard of other scheduling delays. Each weekly payout includes eligible, unpaid commissions from customer payments made at least 30 days before that payout is initiated, provided your eligible balance reaches $30 USD. Commissions that become eligible afterward are included in the next weekly payout, subject to the minimum balance and review. Eligible balances below $30 carry over until the threshold is met.

Funding and allocation typically take 3–5 business days, but may take longer. Once funds are available, you must log in to Rewardful and request a withdrawal. Delivery then takes additional time depending on your payout method and provider. Monday is our usual funding day; funds are not guaranteed to be available to withdraw or arrive that day. Weekends, holidays, and verification checks can affect processing.

How do I withdraw my commissions?
Complete payout setup in your Rewardful affiliate dashboard, including your preferred available payout method and any required tax or identity verification. Once your funds are available, log in and request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are not automatic. Available methods, such as bank transfer or PayPal, depend on your location and the payout provider.
Are there any payout fees?

We cover Rewardful's merchant processing fee, currently 3%, on top of your commissions. You pay the fees for your chosen withdrawal method, which are deducted from your withdrawal. These depend on your location and payment method.

Published withdrawal fees in USD, checked September 28, 2026
Withdrawal methodFee per withdrawal
ACH bank transfer$1.00
PayPal — U.S. residents$0.75 + 2%, capped at $1.75 total
PayPal — non-U.S. residents, including Canada$0.75 + 2%, capped at $20.75 total
Wire transfer — U.S. residents, or non-U.S. residents paid in USD$15.00
Wire transfer — non-U.S. residents paid in another currency$10.00
Check / eCheck$1.99 / $4.00

Method availability varies. Currency conversion, receiving-bank charges, and rejected-payment fees may add to these amounts. Fees can change; review the fees shown during payout setup and Rewardful's current withdrawal fee schedule before choosing your payout method.

Should I withdraw every week or wait for a larger amount?

Weekly funding gives you access to eligible earnings sooner, but you do not have to withdraw every week. You can let available funds accumulate and request one larger withdrawal, subject to Rewardful's rules. If you do not need the money immediately, we recommend combining withdrawals to reduce repeated fixed fees and potentially benefit from fee caps.

For example, at the fees above, four $100 ACH withdrawals cost $4 in total fees, while one $400 withdrawal costs $1. With PayPal, four $100 withdrawals cost $7 for a U.S. resident or $11 for a non-U.S. resident; one $400 withdrawal costs $1.75 or $8.75, respectively, before any currency conversion or other charges.

Percentage-based fees and currency conversion charges may still apply to a larger withdrawal. Your savings depend on your method, location, currency, and the provider's current fees. Choose the withdrawal timing that works for you.
